ORS, Taylor Woodrow, Wimpey and Galliford Homes purchased 70 acres of land just outside Poole prior to planning consent being granted.

With ORS' input, residential development won approval and was granted on 50 acres providing more than 400 homes. ORS' site was sold through Goadsby and Harding to John Maunders Plc.
