ORS is using its expertise in planning promotion by heading up a consortium to promote a very significant Green Belt greenfield urban extension to the north of Houghton Regis/Dunstable/Luton (approximately 330 hectares).

This area has been highlighted by the First Secretary of State as a growth area within the United Kingdom. Whilst it is early days in the planning promotion of this site, considerable work has already occurred in order to positively promote this large area of land take. It is envisaged that it will be a major project for many years to come.
