ORS secured a Promotion Agreement on 34 acres of land zoned for development in an Adopted Local Plan, immediately following the expiry of a house builder's option on the land.

The landowners were concerned to ensure that they were able to exert greater control over the planning gain negotiations, eventual sale price and the timing of any sale, hence their decision to enter into an arrangement with ORS.

ORS, together with a large team of consultants, has obtained approval from the Local Plan Inspector for 810 houses, which includes the adjoining land.
